Rumour: Google Nexus One Coming to Verizon

Rumours online seem to indicate HTC and Google(GOOG) have started shipping the Nexus One phone, which is due to go on sale at Verizon (VZ) this spring.
Google has said it will sell the phone online for $179 USD with a Verizon contract. Google is currently exclusively selling a T-Mobile version of the Nexus One online.
Canadian CDMA carriers Bell and Telus can release the Google Nexus One north of the border by spring or summer if they wanted to. There’s obviously no news from either Canadian carriers, so it’s just pure speculation. It wouldn’t be a surprise as Telus and Bell’s CDMA network operate on the same technology and frequency as Verizon’s network in the United States.
