Rogers takes Bell to court!

Just two weeks after Rogers lost a ruling versus Telus in BC Supreme court, Rogers is taking Bell to court this week.

Rogers is suing Bell Mobility for its use of the term “largest, fastest, and most reliable network” in its advertising.

   The ‘big 3′ become litigious with each other re misleading advertising–This I like, even though I realise we as customers will be footing the bill.

   Is it possible the trouble and expense of bringing such cases will help curb future advertising and marketing transgressions?
