<p>It appears as if there&#8217;s currently an issue with Telus WAP service on both CDMA and HSPA networks.</p>
<p>Upon launching the web browser, users will get a &#8220;403 forbidden&#8221; error message. Some users are also getting &#8220;invalid proxy&#8221; error messages.</p>
<p>Based on the conversation with the Telus customer service rep, Telus  has identified the problem and is working on it to resolve it.</p>
<p><strong>Update: </strong>As of 9:00am Eastern, according to Telus the issue has been resolved. You may want to perform a battery pull to get your phone working.</p>
