			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Wireless Wave is offering Bell&#8217;s Palm Pre for $0 on a 3 yr contract. When the device was first launched exclusively with Bell, it was selling for $199.95 on a 3 yr contract.</p>
<p>Since the release of Bell&#8217;s HSPA+ newtork in early November, CDMA device prices have dropped steadily.</p>
<p>I wouldn&#8217;t be surprised if Bell starts paying new customers (offering bill credits) to buy  old CDMA devices (in hopes of getting rid of their CDMA hardware inventory).</p>
