Sony Recalls 1.6 million Bravia TVs worldwide
Sony Corp. recalled 1.6 million Bravia flat-panel TVs sold worldwide since 2007 because a faulty component may cause them to melt or catch fire. The models subject to the recall in Japan are the Bravia KDL-40X5000, KDL-40X5050, KDL-40W5000, KDL-40V5000 and KDL-40V3000. Sony to launch iPad rival?
There are rumours floating on the web Sony will be launching a new version of its handheld gaming device the PSP (Play Station Portable). This updated version will challenge Apple’s iPad tablet, as both devices will feature the ability to surf the web, play games, play videos and music. read more
