The application requires a data plan with access to the web.

The ProCommuter Toronto Traffic Map shows the traffic flow, congestion, and incidents in the GTA.

The information on the ProCommuter Toronto Traffic Map is from The City of Toronto and the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario.

I have used the application and comes in fairly handy. Not the best looking app, but somewhat useful.
